High-resolution FARO 3D scanning captures exact as-built geometry of consoles, cabins, and superstructures, which is then converted into accurate CAD models for glass design and engineering. This digital workflow eliminates guesswork, compensates for hull and deck irregularities, and allows us to design windshields, windows, and enclosure panels with exact tolerances before fabrication.
