Our workflow is driven by advanced 3D scanning and digital templating using FARO laser scanning systems and Proliner technology to capture exact hull, deck, and cabin geometry directly from the vessel. This data is used to engineer yacht windows, windshields, enclosures, and marine flooring with exceptional accuracy, minimizing fitment risk and installation time. We also offer in-house CNC machining for custom wood and acrylic products, allowing precise fabrication of interior panels, trim components, hatches, and marine fixtures directly from scan-derived CAD models. All components are fabricated from premium marine-grade materials and professionally installed on site, followed by post-fabrication inspection to verify fit, alignment, and sealing.
